The quote PDF
Your quote as the client sees it: your details, the items, VAT and the total.
Every quote has its own PDF, ready to send or print. It shows your business name, your VAT number and, if you've entered them, your company name and company register entry; then the quote's number and date, the client, the items with quantities and prices, VAT, the total, the validity, the payment terms and the notes.
Open the quote and tap “PDF” to see it, save it or send it as a file, on WhatsApp or by email.
The PDF link for your client
With an account, the “Send on WhatsApp” message carries a link to the PDF: your client opens it on their phone, with nothing to download. The link is long and random and isn't indexed by search engines. It works for the quote's validity plus 60 days (a year once the client has accepted); if you mark the quote declined, it stops opening.
Anyone with the link can open the PDF: send it only to your client. Putting your logo on the PDF is coming soon.
If details are missing
If the PDF is missing your VAT number or your company register entry, add them in Settings › Business, under “Business details” and “Details for your documents”: the PDF shows them straight away, for quotes you've already made too, because it's always drawn with your current details.
