Editing a quote

Items, prices, VAT, validity and payment: everything can change before you send.

Velito prepares a draft, but the quote is yours. Open the Quotes tab and tap the quote: everything is changed right there, on the same sheet. You can:

  1. change the quantity and price of any item;
  2. remove an item, or add one from your price list or a custom one;
  3. choose the VAT under “VAT”: 22% is the standard rate, 10% applies to maintenance and renovation of private homes (you, or your accountant, check that the job qualifies);
  4. change the validity, payment terms and notes under “Validity, payment and notes”: they appear on the PDF.

The totals update as you type. You can change a quote you've already sent too: fix it and tap “Send again”. The starting validity and the days before a reminder are set in Settings › Business › “Quotes: starting values”.
