Velito

Draft, to be reviewed by a lawyer

Terms of service

The rules for using Velito during the preview and the pilot.

Updated 1 October 2026

The service

Velito is an app that helps tradespeople and small businesses with quotes, DiCo drafts, jobs, clients, client messages, review requests and their website. Today it's in preview: with an account you work with your real data, in the demo with sample data. Features that aren't ready yet are marked “coming soon”.

Features may change during the preview, and those marked “coming soon” aren't guaranteed until they're released. It's a service on trial: there may be errors or interruptions.

Your account

To use Velito with your own data you need an account. You sign in with a code or a link, or with Google or Apple: keep the phone and the email you sign in with safe.

To help you, Velito's founder can open your app read-only, as the privacy policy explains. You can delete your account whenever you like, in Settings.

Your documents stay yours

Velito prepares drafts (quotes, messages, the DiCo and, later, invoices), but you check, sign and send them: Velito never sends anything to your clients on your behalf. You remain responsible for the documents you sign and send. The DiCo is a draft to check: its validity depends on your check and your signature.

Texts written with AI can contain mistakes: always check them before you use them.

Your clients' data

When you enter your clients' data, or receive it from your website, you are the controller: use it only for your work and within the law. Velito handles it on your behalf, as the privacy policy explains.

Pricing

During the preview, the pilot included, Velito is free and includes every available feature, with no limits: we don't ask for a card. The published prices (Starter €49/month, Pro €99/month, excluding VAT) will apply from launch: we'll let you know before asking you for any payment.

Fair use

  • Use Velito for your business, within the law.
  • Don't use it to send unwanted messages to clients.
  • Don't try to break the service's security.

Liability and governing law

[To be completed by a lawyer: limits of liability, withdrawal, competent court.] Italian law applies.
