  1. Version 0.9

    Improved

    Veya is now Velito

New name, new logo: Velito. The app, your account and your website stay just as they were.

    • The logo is a bold V with one clean cut along its left arm.
    • Your account, your data and your website don't change: you sign in as before and there's nothing to do.
    • On your website the credit now says “Made with Velito”.
    • The assistant is now called Velito Assistant.
  2. Version 0.8

    New

    The Velito assistant

A question about Velito? The assistant answers right away, with the steps and a button that takes you to the right place. When needed, it hands you over to a person.

    • Open it from the speech bubble at the top, from “Help” or with the ? key: it answers in your language, from the help centre's guides, and shows its sources.
    • It doesn't do anything for you: it doesn't create, change or send anything. It explains how and takes you to the right place in the app.
    • “Talk to a person”: the assistant sums up your question, you check it and send it. We reply within 24 hours; you'll find the answer under “My requests” and by email.
    • “Send feedback” now lives inside the assistant.
    • On Velito's website the assistant also answers people who don't have an account yet.
    • The help centre has 19 new guides, from signing in to your own domain, and a page with fixes for the most common problems.
  3. Version 0.7

    NewImproved

    The pilot: real accounts

Velito steps out of the demo: you sign in with your own account, and your quotes, jobs and clients stay yours, in Europe, on every phone.

    • Accounts: you sign in without a password, with a code or a link. Your business, quotes, jobs, clients and photos stay in your account, in a data centre in the European Union, and you find them on any phone. If you'd built your business before signing in, it's saved to your account the first time you sign in.
    • Velito on your home screen: add it like an app and it opens full screen. Without a connection, instead of an error, a page tells you you're offline.
    • The quote's WhatsApp message carries a link to the PDF: your client opens it on their phone, with nothing to install. The link can't be guessed and isn't indexed by search engines.
    • You choose how many days Velito waits before suggesting a reminder: Settings › Business, “Reminder after (days)”.
    • A new “Send us feedback” button: write to us from any screen, with a screenshot if you like, and the founder reads every word.
    • Support: to help when something goes wrong, Velito's founder can open your app read-only. The Security page explains it.
    • A correction: the dark version announced in 0.3 is gone. Velito is light only today, on every device.
  4. Version 0.6

    NewImproved

Jobs, DiCo drafts and quote PDFs

From quote to finished job: a PDF for your client, your jobs on your website and a draft DiCo to check and sign.

    • A new Jobs tab: before and after photos and a few words, spoken or typed. Velito writes the text with no names or addresses, and in one tap the job goes on your website, in “Recent work”, with the before and after photos.
    • Posting jobs to Google and Instagram is coming soon: for now you share them from your phone, or copy the text and save the photos.
    • Quote PDFs with your business name, VAT number, quote number, date, validity and payment terms. With an account, the WhatsApp message carries a link to the PDF.
    • VAT at 22% or 10%: 10% applies to maintenance and renovation in private homes, and you check that the job qualifies.
    • The voice note now really listens, using your browser's speech recognition, and understands numbers said out loud and corrections like “make that three hours”. You can always type instead.
    • Reminders: if a quote gets no reply, after the number of days you choose (three unless you change it) Velito suggests a reminder, and you send it from your WhatsApp. An accepted quote becomes a finished job in one tap.
    • Draft DiCo: from the job and its quote, Velito prepares the conformity declaration on the DM 37/08 model. You check it, tick the declarations and sign. The PDF says “Bozza – da verificare prima della firma” (draft, check before signing) on every page, and Velito never sends it anywhere.
    • Clients: the list builds itself from your quotes and jobs, with search and each client's history.
    • Advertising, if you want it: ads for your area on Facebook, Instagram and Google, handled by LitoMarketing, Velito's partner agency, led by the same founder. It's a separate service: you pay the ad budget directly to Meta and Google, and nobody can guarantee results.
  5. Version 0.5

    NewPreview

Voice quotes and the new website

Velito becomes the office in your pocket for people who work on site, starting with quotes you dictate.

    • A new Quotes tab in the app: describe the job, Velito writes the items and prices from your price list and prepares a quote to send on WhatsApp. It's a preview with sample data.
    • Quick commands: ⌘K (or Ctrl+K) to go anywhere in the app, ? to see every shortcut.
    • A new website: pricing, product pages, help centre, security and system status.
    • A calmer, easier-to-read design, in the app and on the website.
A quote dictated out loud: the phone with the items and the client's PDF
  6. Version 0.4

    New

    Italian and English

All of Velito speaks two languages, and your business's website can too.

    • App, sign-up and website in Italian and English, with dates, prices and numbers in the right format.
    • Your business's website can have a second language, with a switcher for your customers.
    • A new logo, Velito's V, with icons and link previews in both languages.

    • Softer shapes, a single accent colour, light and dark everywhere.
    • Quicker animations and contrast checked on every screen.
    • Self-hosted fonts: faster pages and no requests to outside services.
The app's Home, in that release's dark version
  8. Version 0.2

    NewImproved

    An iPhone app, and polish

Velito runs as an iPhone app, and every screen has been reviewed.

    • Velito as an iPhone app: photos from the camera, sharing and haptics. It's a test build, not on the App Store yet.
    • A full review of accessibility, copy and performance.
