Following up when a client goes quiet

If a quote you've sent gets no reply, after the number of days you've chosen (three unless you change it) a suggestion from Velito to follow up with the client appears on Home, with the message already written.

Tap “Approve” and WhatsApp opens with the reminder ready: you send it, from your phone. Tap “Dismiss” and that's the end of it. Velito never writes to a client on its own.

To change how many days it waits, open Settings › Business and change “Reminder after (days)”.
