Bookings and requests from your website
Visitors pick a day and time and send you a request: you confirm it.
On your website, the main button (“Request a quote” for a tradesperson, “Book” for other trades) opens a request: the client picks the service, a free day and time, leaves their name and phone and taps “Send request”. The website tells them you'll get back to them to confirm.
Free times come from your opening hours, minus the bookings you already have: every half hour, starting at least an hour from now, for the next two weeks.
When a request arrives
- It shows in the Bookings tab as “Pending” and among the suggestions on Home (and by email, if email is switched on).
- Tap it: you can call the client or message them on WhatsApp.
- Tap “Confirm”, then “Tell them on WhatsApp”: your WhatsApp opens with the confirmation written. If you can't make it, tap “Cancel booking” and let them know the same way.
A request from your website isn't an appointment until you confirm it, and Velito never answers the client on its own. On a phone, if the Bookings tab isn't in the bottom bar, it's in the profile menu.
Bookings taken on the phone
For an appointment made on the phone or in person, tap “Add booking” in the Bookings tab: client, service, day and time. It's confirmed straight away. Afterwards, mark it done, or mark the client as a no-show.
