Messages from your website
When someone writes through your website's contact form, it lands in Messages.
Your website's Contact section has a form: people leave their name, how to reach them and their message. You'll find it in the Messages tab; Home tells you when there's one to read and, if email is switched on, it reaches you by email too.
- Open Messages (on a phone, it's in the profile menu).
- Tap the message to read all of it.
- Reply with “Call”, with WhatsApp (the greeting is already written) or with “Reply by email”.
- Mark it read or unread. To delete it, tap “Delete the message”: you have a few seconds to undo.
The email for each message is switched on and off in Settings › Notifications › “Messages from your site”.
