Asking for a review
- Once: in your Google Business Profile, tap “Ask for reviews” and copy the link. Paste it in Settings › Integrations › Connected accounts, under “Link for leaving you a review”.
- In the Reviews tab, tap “Ask for a review”: WhatsApp opens with the message ready and your link in it.
- Pick the client and send the message.
Velito sometimes suggests it on Home too.
Google reviews inside Velito
Seeing your Google reviews in Velito and replying from here will come once you can connect your Google profile: it's coming soon. Meanwhile, reply from Google's app. The demo shows how it will work, with sample reviews.
Velito never writes reviews or asks for them on your behalf: the message leaves from your phone, when you decide.
