Using your own domain
Your website on www.yourbusiness.com too: connect it from Settings in a few steps.
If you have a domain, like www.rossiplumbing.com, you can put your website there. It stays at its Velito address too.
- Open Settings › Website › Domain.
- Type your domain and tap “Connect”.
- Velito shows you the DNS records to add: sign in to your domain provider's panel, open DNS management and copy them there.
- Back in Velito, it keeps checking until it works, or tap “Check now”.
It usually takes a few minutes, sometimes up to 48 hours. The HTTPS certificate, the padlock, comes by itself. To remove it, tap “Disconnect”: your website stays at its Velito address.
No domain yet? You can buy one from a provider for a few euros a year. Connecting it needs a Velito account; if the card says it will be possible soon, this feature isn't switched on yet, and meanwhile your website is live at its Velito address.
