Your first voice quote

1. Open the Quotes tab and tap “New quote”.
2. Enter the client's name and, if you like, their mobile number for WhatsApp.
3. Tap the microphone (“Tap and talk”) and describe the job the way you'd tell a colleague: hours, call-out, materials, even prices. Got something wrong? Just correct yourself: “make that three hours”. Then tap “Done”.
4. Tap “Write the quote”: Velito takes the items from your price list, with quantities and prices.
5. Check it, fix anything if needed and tap “Send on WhatsApp”.

Velito uses your phone browser's speech recognition: the words appear as you talk, and you can fix them before going on. If your browser can't recognise speech, or the microphone isn't available, type the job in the box: Velito reads it just the same.

If the client is already in Clients, open their card and tap “New quote”: their name and number are already filled in.
