Home and Velito's suggestions

Home is Velito's first screen. From the top you'll find the greeting with “New quote”, your first steps, unread messages from your website, the week's numbers and Velito's suggestions.

Your first steps

“Welcome: your first steps” guides you at the start: for example adding your services, publishing your website, making your first voice quote, sharing your website's link and completing your profile. Tap a step to go where it's done. When you no longer need it, tap “Hide”.

Velito's suggestions

Velito prepares things for you to do: following up with a client who hasn't answered a quote, confirming a request from your website, asking for a review, sharing a job or your website's link. Each suggestion says what will happen and, under “Why this?”, why Velito suggests it.

1. “Approve”: Velito gets everything ready and, when a message is needed, opens your WhatsApp with the text written. You send it.
2. “Edit”: change the text before approving.
3. “Dismiss”: the suggestion goes away. Changed your mind? Tap “Undo” in the message at the bottom.

Velito never sends anything to your clients on its own: every message leaves from your phone, when you decide.

The week's numbers

The tiles count website visits, contacts from your website (taps on call and WhatsApp, plus messages), bookings and new reviews, compared with the week before. A tap on “Call” doesn't mean the call went through: it's a sign of interest. Google reviews will arrive once you can connect your profile (coming soon).
