Signing in to Velito

Velito has no passwords and no sign-up form: the first time you sign in with a number or an email, your account is created by itself. With your mobile number we text you a code; with your email we send you a link and a code. When they're switched on, you can also sign in with Google or Apple.

1. Open Velito and tap “Sign in”.
2. Choose “Phone” or “Email” and enter your number or address.
3. Tap “Send me the code” (or “Send me the link”).
4. Type the code you receive, or tap the link in the email, and you're in.

Always sign in the same way: an account made with your phone and one made with your email are two different accounts. Changing the phone number or email you sign in with is coming soon.

If the code doesn't arrive

Check the number or address, wait a minute and tap “Send it again”. The email may land in spam. The link in the email works for an hour and only once: if it no longer works, ask for a new one, or type the code from the same email.

Signing out

To sign out, open the profile menu at the top right and tap “Sign out”. Signing out also clears the drafts left on this phone. If your session expires instead, Velito asks you to sign in again and your quote and job drafts stay where they are.
