Notifications and email
What reaches you by email, what you find in Velito and what's coming.
Velito only emails you about things that matter, and you choose which in Settings › Notifications:
- New bookings: when a client sends you a request from your website.
- Messages from your site: when someone writes through the contact form.
- Quotes without an answer: a reminder when a client hasn't replied for a few days.
- Evening summary: quotes to follow up, bookings to confirm and tomorrow's ones.
Emails go to the address you sign in with or, if you sign in with your phone, to your business email (Settings › Business › Business details). The Notifications card says which emails are already switched on: whatever isn't, you still find in Velito, on Home and in the tabs.
Phone notifications, new Google reviews and clients' answers to quotes are coming soon.
