Your business details
Name, contacts, VAT number and document details: where to change them and where they appear.
Settings › Business holds the details Velito uses for your website, your quotes and your documents.
- “Business details”: name, phone, WhatsApp, email, address and VAT number (11 digits, with or without IT in front). The VAT number appears at the bottom of your website, as Italian law requires, and on your quote PDFs.
- “Opening hours” and “Services”: what clients see on your website.
- “Price list”: the items Velito uses in quotes.
- “Quotes: starting values”: VAT, validity, payment terms, notes and after how many days Velito suggests a reminder.
- “Details for your documents”: company name, company register, craft register, technical manager and the systems you're qualified for (DM 37/08). They appear on quote PDFs and on the conformity declaration.
Your own name, the one Velito greets you with and signs your client messages with, is changed in Settings › Profile.
Your website's text is changed in the Website tab; contacts, hours and VAT number are changed here, in Settings, and your website updates by itself.
