Deleting a business or your account
From Settings, whenever you like. It can't be undone.
At the bottom of Settings, under “Danger zone”, there are two different things:
- “Delete business”: deletes that business, with its website, quotes, jobs, bookings, photos and connected domain. The website goes offline. Your other businesses, if you have any, stay.
- “Delete account”: deletes your account and all your businesses, with websites, quotes, PDFs, photos and assistant conversations. The websites go offline straight away.
Velito asks you once more before deleting: after that there's no going back. Signing out with “Sign out”, on the other hand, deletes nothing.
Downloading all your data in a file is coming soon. If you need a copy before deleting, ask with “Talk to a person” in the assistant.
