Where your data lives
In your account, in Europe, kept apart from everyone else's. In the demo, only on your phone.
With an account, everything you create (business, quotes, jobs, clients, photos) is saved in your account, in a data centre in the European Union. Every business is kept apart from the others in the database itself: another owner can't see your data.
To help when something goes wrong, Velito's founder can open your app read-only, seeing what you see without being able to change or send anything.
Job photos stay private until you put them on your website, and their GPS position is removed. A quote's PDF link can't be guessed and isn't indexed by search engines, but anyone who has it can open it: send it only to your client.
When Velito writes for you with AI, the text goes through Anthropic, only to be processed. Every provider we use is listed on the Security page.
In the demo (“See a demo”) there's no account: data stays in this device's browser and “Reset demo” brings back the sample data.
You can delete your account whenever you like in Settings: the business, the data and the photos go with it. There are all the details on the Security page.
Conversations with the Velito assistant stay in your account: among owners only you can see them, and the founder may read them to improve the answers. Before saving them we remove card numbers, passwords and ID numbers, if you type them by mistake.
For a copy of your data or to correct it, ask with “Talk to a person” in the assistant: downloading everything yourself in a file is coming soon. The privacy notice is still a draft, to be reviewed by a lawyer.
Can't find the answer?
Ask the assistant: it answers right away and hands you over to a person when needed.
