The DiCo with Velito
From the job and its quote, Velito drafts the conformity declaration. You check it and sign it.
The conformity declaration (DiCo) is the document Italian law (DM 37/2008) requires at the end of work on a system. Velito drafts it following the decree's model (Allegato I), from what it already knows: your details, the job's and the quote's.
- Open the Jobs tab and tap the finished job (if it isn't there yet, add it with “New job” and save it).
- Tap “Prepare the DiCo”.
- Check the system type, the kind of work, the client and the premises. Velito suggests the usual technical standard: check it.
- Complete the materials, taken from the quote, with brand and certifications where needed.
- Tick the declarations and the attachments: only what you actually did.
- Tap “Save and get the PDF”.
The PDF says “Bozza – da verificare prima della firma” (draft, check before signing) on every page. You check it, sign it and hand it over wherever it's needed: Velito never sends or files it anywhere. The declaration stays yours, and you answer for it, as you do today.
Your VAT number and company register entry go in Settings › Business (“Business details” and “Details for your documents”). If they're missing, they stay blank in the PDF.
